Movement and Reflection Workshop

Location:  Soul Play Yoga, 9711 Washington Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232

Description

This 90 minute class blends self-guided movement, and reflection in an encouraging environment. Inspired by Black feminist thinkers’ ideas about pleasure and liberation, this experience focuses on bringing awareness to how our bodies hold and express joy. During these uncertain times, we believe it is vital to cultivate spaces where we can meet ourselves and each other with grace and curiosity. This class is an invitation to practice collective joy and feeling good in our bodies.

All bodies are welcome. 

Space is limited. Advanced registration required. 

Parking: Metered street parking

Nearby parking lot

Adjacent Parking garage on Watseka ave, first hour free. $1 per hour after. Plenty of metered street parking as well. If space is available during rental we may have a free parking spot for use in back lot.

Notes for registered participants:

Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely, and bring a notebook and something to write with.
